· Pleasant working environment in a large villa with good conditions for night work

Job Responsibilities
All work is done with awake double staffing, and the employment begins with thorough training and introduction. Therefore, no prior knowledge or experience in care is required.
Here you are offered a meaningful, awake night job as a personal assistant focusing on supervision and care of a 16-month-old boy in his home. The boy was born with a weakened trachea and breathes through a small plastic tube in his throat (a so-called Trach). Otherwise, he is a happy and fully healthy little boy. During the night, your main task is to watch over him while he sleeps to ensure he sleeps safely. This means you will monitor the trach and ensure that the plastic tube is kept clean with the help of a handy steam machine and a small medical “vacuum cleaner”.
In addition to supervision, simpler practical tasks are included, such as inventorying materials in the storage, ensuring the boy's clothes are in order, and cleaning pacifiers for the upcoming day. The boy usually sleeps through the night, which means that night shifts are generally characterized by calmness and tranquility – while your presence and attention are always important.
The family consists of the boy, his mother and father, and the family's dog. They live in a large newly renovated villa with good bus connections and favorable conditions for a pleasant working environment.
Working hours are scheduled from 21:00 to 07:00, and shifts may occur on both weekdays and weekends.
We are looking for someone who:
We believe that your personal qualities are crucial for thriving in the role and succeeding in the assignment. You are a child-loving and caring person who genuinely enjoys working with small children and contributing to their safety. In the assignment, continuity and stability are important, and we are therefore looking for someone who wants to work long-term in the role and sees the value in following a child over time.
As a person, you are calm, empathetic, and responsible. You have a good ability to be present and attentive even in calm and quiet environments. You understand that night work requires structure around sleep and recovery to be able to stay awake and focused even during quiet nights. You are comfortable keeping yourself occupied during quiet moments while always keeping the child's needs in focus. Furthermore, you are punctual, reliable, and flexible, with the ability to cover for colleagues when needed. You also have a good understanding of what it means to work in someone's home and always act professionally, respectfully, and sensitively in the home environment.
All necessary training and introduction will be provided on-site, so previous experience is not a requirement for the role. You may have worked with children or in care, or you may simply be a naturally child-loving, responsible, and caring person who is now seeking a long-term job.
Requirements for the position:
· Swedish in speech and writing
· Non-smoker
Meritorious:
· Experience working with children
· Experience in care or assistance
START: Immediately
SCOPE: 75% with the possibility of 100%
